PROSPECTIVE PATIENTS

We are happy you are here!

Creekside is presently not accepting insurance however, we will provide you with the necessary documents for you to submit for reimbursement by your insurance company. Credit cards will be accepted at the inception of your visit, but not run until the conclusion of your visit.

Initial  interview - 75 min - $200.00

Ongoing sessions - 50 to 55 min - $175.00

Lengthy appointment - 75 to 85 min - $225.00

At the end of your session, you will be given a receipt and Superbill with all the necessary information to bill your own insurance for reimbursement.

To become a client at Bridges Seattle, we need to first determine whether we can offer the services you are hoping to receive. We will begin by doing a brief telephonic interview, not more than 25 minutes, to ask some basic screening questions.
